This facility can only be used if you receive your Library correspondence via email. Your PIN will be sent to that email address. If you do not have an e-mail address you should contact the Library directly. Proof of identity will be required.
Enter your UCard or Library number: This is printed on your UCard or Library Card. It is always a 9 digit number and the first digit is always zero.
